FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS (FAQ)

1)  How to match veil’s colour with outfit:-

•          Know your colour! Normal colours like white, off-white, soft cream, soft pink are’nt a problem to us but please be extra careful when it comes to colour with certain range.

•          Pls pm or e-mail us your dress’ picture (pic with best resolution).

•          If possible, used corporate theme colour like “petronas green”, “celcom blue” or u can google standard colour pallet in the internet and e-mel us your colour pallet.

•          Knowing that your colour is hard-to-explain, afraid of mismatch, u can send us your “perca”.

2)  How long does it take for custom made veil to finish?

•          Usually we’ll take within 2wks to finish. However, customer need to order at least 3wks before ceremony date. We’ll charge extra rm50 for rush order (customer will receive veil parcel <5working days)

•          We’ll notice our customers if any delay in order due to certain difficulties.

3)  What is the shawl/headscarf size?

•          The shawls are adjustable and can be adjusted up to XL size for more coverage.

•          We are not taking any “non-syariah design” shawl @ headscarf (especially front-bare shawl design). We most encourage customers to wear the shawl with inner.

4)  “I suddenly change my theme colour, can I change my order?”

•          After 3 days of finalizing your order, no change can be made. Your deposit can’t be returned, instead the material that we purchased with the deposit will be given back to you.

5)  “Can I provide my own material for my veil?”

•          Yes! U can have your best matching custom made veil and cut the price by giving your own material.

•          Less RM20 if provide chiffon & Less RM60 if provide chiffon and lace.

6)  “Do I need to pay any deposit for the order & How much.?”

•          Yes! RM50 deposited will be used to buy the materials of your veil.

•          Customers need to pay the rest after satisfied with the veil (according to the picture we send either by e-mel or pic uploaded on our fan page).

•          We will post your veil after full payment have been made.

7)          Do zahraveils provide “beading service” for wedding outfit & how long does it take to finish?

•          Yes! We also provide beading service with latest design either  by us or customer. Outfit beading project normally take 2wks - 1 month to finish.

•          Special price will be given for package (veil+headscarf+beading outfit).  Just send us your plain outfit (without lace) for a great deal & more cost saving.
